CUPS
Six months ago we did a project for HEMA. Unfortunately, Corona never gave us the chance to actually make our design. I moved on to where we left off to make the cups real from stoneware.

layer Height: 0.28
Bottom layers: 0
temp: 180
build plate temp: 60
print speed: 80

Print seems a little clay-like. Maybe the temperature down or speed up.

Brim is a must in this case!

HOW DO I MAKE SURE THAT I CAN EASILY REMOVE THIS CUP FROM THE MOULD?

and print came loose from the print bed.
were still some problems with separating the 3D printed form. maybe consider making a 3 parted mold after all. After a of hammering I managed to get the shape out.
There is still a small crack in the mould.
CASTING CUPS WITH STONEWARE
I poured the cups out of stoneware this is material that is a bit sturdier and shockproof than pottery because you bake it at higher temperatures.
first cup failed
2 the cup already looked better
with the 3rd cup I was satisfied
took everything home to continue casting there
if I'd had more time...
I had gone further into firing and glazing the cups so that I could actually start using them.

I had also made a second mould in which I would like to use another technique which I think would give a nicer end result and I wouldn't have a crack in my mould.
